Since last year, I have been reading various articles suggesting how to grow your business. But I realized every idea had a limitation and an advantage, so how do you decide what is correct and what is not for you depend upon your Decision Making Skill to a larger extent at the end. Many of you will disagree with me on my point of view towards the same and that's what the ideas and implementation all about.
I have been working with a startup for 2 years now. When I joined, I used to think working on my Sale Lead Generation will help company to grow from XS profit figures to plus size. But until I realized, its a domino effect, your only focus on one aspect of Business effects the rest of Business. To grow, you can't keep on focusing on one window. Its a series of steps to be considered and in return its a recurring cycle where each and every step requires nurture and time to time support.
From Employee to sales to profit to continuous growth in different countries, every step requires detailed focus and implementation of ideas. If you will put faith in your Employees and let them work on their business aspect, the way they want with a minimal interference, you will be amazed to see the flow of ideas and its implementation. Rather then just working on Profit figures, its more important to work on the process to reach there. Online or Offline, both process needs to be tried and tested depending upon your market needs and budget.
Trying to limit you undue expenditure from Plus Size to XS and investing more in the growth can surely help you to achieve what you want to.
